Fiber laser cutting machine is non-contact metal processing method, which does not produce mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress, so there is almost no deformation and damage to the processed sheet or tube. It has the obvious characteristics of simple operation, high cutting precision and small heat affected zone. Relatively speaking, the price of laser cutting machine is higher than that of traditional mechanical processing equipment, so manufacturers will pay special attention to how to improve the working efficiency of fiber laser cutting machine so as to maximize production and improve benefits. In addition to the speed adjustment of the metal laser cutting machine, the working efficiency of the laser cutting machine can also be improved by the following methods.



Tip 1: water protection


It should be checked and cleaned frequently. The cooling water is often unable to flush the water protection float switch or the water protection float switch does not reset, and the short-circuit method cannot be used to solve the urgent need.


The cooling water quality should be good, and the aluminum oxide of the water nozzle is too severe. After using it for a period of time, the dirt in the water pump, water pipe and water protection should be cleaned regularly, otherwise the laser tube will burst or the cold water head will fall off.



Tip 2: the laser tube installation fulcrum of laser cutting machine should be reasonable


The fulcrum should be at 1/4 of the total length of the laser tube, otherwise the laser tube's spot pattern will become bad, and the spot will become several points after a period of time, which will cause the laser power to drop and fail to meet the requirements, causing constant tube replacement.


TIP 3: focusing lens and mirror inspection


After working for a while, the frame will have a fever, the lens surface will become discolored and rusty; peeling and cracking are all objects to

 be replaced, especially many customers use atmospheric pumps and air compressors, so that water will accumulate on the focusing lens quickly, so It is necessary to check the cleanliness and quality of the optical path system of the lens (laser tube light outlet) on time.


TIP 4: suction device should be inspected and cleaned regularly


Clean the fan duct. Otherwise, a lot of smoke and dust will not be discharged, and the lens and laser tube will be polluted severely and quickly, and the mechanical and electronic components will be easily oxidized, causing poor contact.


TIP 5: cooling system should be grounded


The water tank and water circuit are often cleaned. The temperature control point of the refrigeration temperature control water tank must be fair. Otherwise, the laser tube will be easily damaged and the condensation power will be reduced, the cold water head of the tube will fall off, the life will be greatly shortened, and sometimes it will not work, resulting in constant tube replacement.


TIP 6: laser cutting machine working environment requirements


If the ambient temperature is higher than 30 degrees and lower than 18 degrees, there will be too much dust and severe air pollution, so that the machine will be severely damaged and the failure rate will continue to rise; electrical accessories are prone to problems in a humid environment. So there should be special reminder to customers to improve the working environment and regular maintain the machine.


TIP7: the working current of laser tube should be proper


It is not possible to work at a light intensity of 90-100 for a long time; lasers must be used fairly and laser energy saved; the optical path system must be clean and accurate, otherwise the laser tube will be prematurely aging and broken, so the working time of the laser should be adjusted to 50-60%, and then adjust the working speed according to the material, this is the best working state of the laser tube.


TIP8: the power of power grid should be matched


The power distribution and contact points of each department of the whole equipment should be good (fans, water coolers, laser machines, laser power supplies, and computers should be independently powered).
