Instructions on how to operate fiber laser cutting machine

The basic guide on how to use a fiber cnc laser cutting machine step by step:

1. Fix the metal sheet or tube. Fix the material to be cut on the working surface of the fibre laser cutting machine;

2. Adjust the equipment parameters according to the material and thickness of the metal plate & pipe;

3. Select the appropriate lens and nozzle, and check their integrity and cleanliness before start up;

4. Adjust the focus point. Adjust the cutting head to a proper focus position;

5. Check and adjust the nozzle center;

6. Calibration of the cutting head sensor;

7. Choose a suitable cutting gas and check whether it is in good spraying state;

8. Try to cut the material. After cutting the material, check whether the cutting surface is smooth and check the cutting accuracy. If there is an error, please adjust the equipment parameters accordingly until the requirements are met and the proofreading can be achieved.

9. Program the drawing of the workpiece, carry out the corresponding typesetting, and import the equipment cutting system;

10. Adjust the position of the cutting head and start cutting;

11. During the operation, people should always be present and carefully observe the cutting situation. If an emergency occurs and a quick response is required, please press the emergency stop button;

12. Check the cutting quality and accuracy of the first sample.
